To our Concerned Friends and Clients:
As some of you know Cedar Rapids, and it’s surrounding areas were drastically affected by the flooding of the Cedar River. The Cedar crested 5’ above the 500-year floodplain. Our community has pulled together and is working hard to get the city back on it’s feet. Fortunately, the OPN office suffered minimal damage, however, the building we occupy suffered significant damage. We are in the process of getting our Cedar Rapids office set up and running at a temporary location.
Our generous friends at the Crystal Group have offered some unoccupied space for temporary use. Our mailing address will stay the same, however, we are finalizing arrangements for shipping with FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
Our phone services will be functioning with the same number, however, we will have limited service and limited voicemail. For the short-term our project managers will be calling you with their cell phone numbers for project use.
Our Des Moines office had flooding in the basement, and while power has been restored the building is not cleared for our use yet. We hope that this is resolved within a day or two.
With a couple days of recovery, our operation will be in motion again. We will be assessing the status of each project with the intent that they maintain previous schedules. Your project manager will give you an update in the next day or two. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
We offer our sincerest thanks to our many friends who offered support. With your efforts and assistance, we are recovering quickly and efficiently. We consider ourselves quite lucky.
