We are athletes, artists, and musicians. We are craftsmen, community organizers, parents, and sculptors. We design furniture and act in local theater. We bike across the state, keep the slopes safe for skiers, and teach digital design at the local college.

OPN is a balanced blend of art and science, economics and environmentalism. We are a truly collaborative design studio that seeks diversity in both our people and our projects. We welcome variety for its capacity to inform our work and bring innovation to our clients.

At OPN we create moments to appreciate these perspectives with an annual retreat, a flag football game, a paintball tournament, a holiday party, an epic Halloween costume contest, and our annual "Green Day" in-house sustainability conference. It's all a part of what makes OPN a place we're proud to be a part of.
