OPN Cedar Rapids Welcomes Three

We are thrilled to welcome three new members to the OPN family in our Cedar Rapids studio.

Monica Bailey joins our Cedar Rapids studio as an Architect with a masters of architecture (2013) from Iowa State University. She brings with her a lengthy list of professional affiliations including being both a registered architect and registered interior designer in Iowa, member of American Institute of Architects and member of International Interior Design Association.

Victoria Clime brings her global construction background as she joins us as a Construction Administrator at our Cedar Rapids studio. She spent nine years with the Naval Construction Force (NCF) of the United States Navy stationed in several areas around the world including East Timor, Afghanistan, Japan and Andros Island. She graduated with a bachelors in business administration from Mount Mercy University in 2018.

Lance Murphy joins us as a Job Captain. He brings an extensive Iowa project history including projects in Iowa City, Des Moines, Ottumwa, Cedar Rapids, Marion, Atlantic and Bettendorf, Iowa. He is a member of American Institute of Architects as well as an ACE mentor.
