OPN Des Moines Welcomes Summer Interns

The latest group of interns has arrived in the Des Moines studio for the summer. The four students—Josh Frank, Nathan Peters, Sasha Daljevic, and Yongyeon Cho (left to right)—are already hard at work, getting hands-on experience alongside our staff.

Josh Frank is pursuing a B.A. in Architecture at Iowa State University, and holds a degree in Building Construction Trades from DMACC. Josh grew up in Earlham, Iowa and has spent his life living in the Hawkeye State, but next year he’ll leave to spend six months in Prague.

Nathan Peters is entering his final year of the Architecture program at Iowa State University with a minor in Digital Media. The Council Bluffs, Iowa native is also taking computer programming classes so he can go to graduate school for Computational Design.

Yongyeon Cho joins our Interiors team this summer and is working on his MFA in Interior Design at Iowa State University. He hails from Incheon, South Korea and now lives in Iowa with his young son and daughter. He’s looking forward to welcoming a third child next month.

Sasha Daljevic will graduate Spring 2016 with a B.A. in Architecture from Iowa State University. Sasha was born in Bosnia, but calls Urbandale, Iowa home.
