OPN’s Cedar Rapids studio grows by three

Join us in welcoming Ishita Lalan, Jenna Jensen, and Kelly Slota.

Ishita Lalan joins our Cedar Rapids studio as an architect with a bachelor of architecture degree (2015) from Vadodara Design Academy in Vadodara, India. She brings a rich portfolio background including unique experience in movie set and commercial set design for brands such as Good Night, Dr. Fixit, and Asian Paints. We are thrilled to have her join the team.

Jenna Jensen brings her event planning and non-profit background to our Cedar Rapids studio as a receptionist. She studied history at the University of Northern Iowa and graduated in 2018. A Marion native and Cedar Rapids resident, Jenna, and husband, Adam, recently welcomed a daughter, Aria Jensen, into the world.

Kelly Slota joins our Cedar Rapids studio as a construction administrator. She earned her bachelor of arts in history from the University of Wisconsin (1994). She belongs to both Masters Builders of Iowa and NAWIC. She has a deep project history in Iowa including Hancher Auditorium, University of Iowa Data Center, Cedar Rapids City Hall, and Cedar Rapids Public Library. She has a large family including her and her husband Matthew, a daughter named Katherine, and two puppies she calls her “pre-grandchildren.”
