INTERN ARCHITECT - CEDAR RAPIDS AND
DES MOINES OFFICE
An architect's internship period is an exciting
period of professional development. OPN Architects understands this
and tries to maximize your educational experience. As a member of
our firm, your primary role will be on a small team of designers
producing construction documents. We will alter your team members
and project types to give you exposure to a wide variety of coworkers,
design issues, and building technologies. We believe everyone has
one or more special talents. We will ask you to try many different
activities, together we will find your strengths and allow you to

Position Requirements:
Professional Architecture Degree (Five Year Degree, or more)
Strong Generalist Architectural Base (Design, Building Technologies,
Communication)
No professional experience required
Skills Desired:
Experience with Autocad/ADT, Release 14 or Autocad 2000
Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Desktop Publishing Applications
Digital or Graphic Rendering
Model making
Verbal and/or written communications
