Creative Strategist

OPN Architects is currently seeking a talented Creative Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team in both our Madison, Wisconsin, and Des Moines, Iowa, offices.  If you love crafting a message in multiple mediums under often tight deadlines, we want to talk to you. Our search will not be guided solely by years of experience or skillset. We are looking for the right fit.

The ideal candidate would have three to five years’ experience, a bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. Strong writing and editing skills, attention to detail, and advanced experience and proficiency in graphic programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint are required. Responsibilities will include responses to requests for proposals, promotions and content for web and social media, support of internal and external events and branding, creating award and publication submissions, in addition to many other creative opportunities. Experience in photography and videography is desired.

OPN Architects is currently seeking a talented Project Architect/Healthcare Planner to join our team in either our Madison, Wisconsin,  or Cedar Rapids, Iowa, office. The ideal candidate will have an architectural degree and 10+ years of experience.  Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills are critical for success in our highly energized office culture. The right person for this position will be able to efficiently and effectively provide total project execution from business development/marketing phase through the completion of programming, planning and design.   Knowledge of service delivery, technology and construction costs for a multitude of medical facility types and departments are required.

Job Captain

OPN Architects is currently seeking talented Job Captains to join our dynamic team in both our Madison, Wisconsin, or Des Moines, Iowa, offices. The ideal candidate will have an architectural degree 5+ years of experience.  As part of a project team, under the director of a project manager, a job captain generates and presents construction documents that demonstrate the project’s design intent and direction. This role requires independent judgement in evaluation, selection, and adaption of standard techniques, and criteria, while technical guidance on complex issues and supervisory approval on project aspects will be given. Some assignments may include higher-level work for training and development purposes.

Architectural Intern
